1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining bank accounts and granting and servicing a revolving overdraft facility for the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the FMA/Agreement and Annex 2 to the FMA/Agreement. 2. The procedure is conducted in an unrestricted tender procedure, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (i.e. Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended).
