Description

The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of current sensors with selected suppliers for a period of 4 years. These sensors (current transformers) are designed for indirect measurement of current in the distribution system at the level of the nn network TN-C and are intended for use in switchboards nn in distribution transformers. The contract is divided into lots within the meaning of § 35 of the ZZVZ: Part 1 – Current sensor plug-in Part 2 – Rogowski coil + power supply Part 3 – measuring transformer with split core The result of the contract will be the conclusion of the Framework Agreement by the selected three suppliers with the lowest total bid per model case in each part of the contract. Subsequently, Section 132(3)(a) of the Act (i.e. the award of public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement will be followed by a procedure with the reopening of competition between the parties to the framework agreement as described in Article III of the Framework Agreement) and the Purchase Contracts will be concluded. Performance under the Purchase Agreement will take place on the basis of the Sub-contract (order).
