Description

The main subject of the contract is the supply of disposable medical devices, wound and skin disinfection products and articles for Central Sterilization.
The contracting authority allows products other than a medical device to be offered only in certain items. In such a situation, it is permissible to offer medicinal products, biocidal products, cosmetics or pharmaceutical raw materials.
Details indicating which of the products offered does not have to be a medical device are indicated for each Part separately in Annex 2 to the SPC.
A detailed description of the subject of the order containing information on the assortment, quantities and its requirements was specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
The term of validity of the offered subject of the order may not be less than 12 months from the date of each delivery.
