Description

The subject of the public contract is the performance of the function of the Construction Manager and the provision of related services, according to the FIDIC international standards, the so-called White Book (Model Contract for the Provision of Services between the Client and the Consultant, 5th edition, 2017), the so-called Red Book (Contractual Terms for the Construction of Building and Civil Engineering Structures Designed by the Client, 1st edition, 1999) and the related SFDI methodologies, relating to the Project ‘Connection of Road II/312 to D35 MÚK Vysoké Mýto - West, 1st and 2nd stages (Team of the Construction Manager). A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is given in the draft contract.
