General planning services for the refurbishment and conversion of the former ‘Bürgergarten/Hyparschale’ (Bürgergarten/Hyparschale) site in Templin.
All necessary planning services are to be provided in accordance with the performance diagrams of the HOAI 2013 Section 34 of the building and indoor spatial planning, Section 39 of the open-air plant design, Section 51 Technical Planning and Section 55 Technical Equipment, HLS and Electrical Engineering, during service phases 1 to 8 and 1 to 6 respectively, as well as specific services.
