Description

The subject of the contract is the modernisation and retrofitting of strategic infrastructure at the ‘Pomnik-Centre for Children’s Health Centre’ – finalising and equipping the investment of the Centre for Psychiatri and Oncology for Children and Youth at the Institute for the Health of the Child under the Medical Fund. The scope of the work related to the finishing and fitting-out of the Centre for Psychiatri and Oncology for Children and Youth includes: general construction works, including the laying of partitions and permanent buildings, finishing of floors, walls and ceilings with appropriate linings; installation work – of which: water supply systems, including the necessary installations, sewage systems and the necessary facilities, medical gas installations with signboards and engine rooms, heating systems with a 3-function thermal hub and assembling heaters, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, including the installation of ice-water units and ventilation units, technological installations, electrical and teletechnical installations including power transformers and switchboards, and an elktric and generating unit, and built-in technological equipment and medical apparatus, including: equipment for sick rooms, doctors’ offices, surgery offices, cleaning and business facilities, permanent fitting-out of shared rooms used by patients, parents and carers, hospital beds, patient monitoring systems and infrastructure.
