Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the delivery of milk and milk products. The list of the subject-matter of the contract contains the ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract’, which is attached as Annex 3 to the ToR.
2. The subject-matter of the contract must be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the rules in force, and in particular:
1) Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws 2010, No 136, item 914 as amended).
(2) Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws 2006, No 17, item 127 as amended).
(3) Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agri-foodstuffs. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 669 as amended).
(4) Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety OJ IN L 31).
(5) Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139).
(6) Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 139).
(7) Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
(8) Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development of 10 July 2007 on the labelling of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws 2007, No 137, item 966 as amended) on authorised additives (Journal of Laws 2010, No 232, item 1525).
