Description

The subject matter of the proceedings is the supply of natural gas to the Technical University of Munich as an institution of the Free State of Bavaria for the years 2024 to 2026. The tenderer will manage the customer balance-sheet and purchase (purchase and sale) of quantities of natural gas at futures, spot and imbalance prices in the customer balance-sheet group (see in detail the rules in the draft “Contract for the supply of natural gas and operation of a customer balance circuit”). The tenderer receives a flat-rate service charge for the management of the customer balance sheet and a mark-up on the respective purchase prices for the procurement of forward and spot market products. Any difference is bought directly by the bidder or sold to the bidder with a mark-up. Balancing energy shall be calculated without surcharge.
