Description

The city of Lohne is planning the new construction (about 2,000 m2 GFA) of a music school building for about 1,000 students at a new location in the city centre of Lohne. The music school Lohne should bring more frequency to the city centre and thus make it more attractive. In order to be able to implement the new building with proper room layout, a complete demolition of the existing buildings on the parcels 151/1, 154/3 and 155/3 in the city center is required. The aim is to enable the most compact and functional use of the property on the basis of the specified space requirements of the music school. The development plan for the location of the new building is currently being revised. In this procurement procedure, the project management for the aforementioned project is advertised. The property planning as well as the technical planning of the technical equipment and the structural design will be awarded jointly in a separate procurement procedure. The construction costs (KG 200 - 400) amount to approximately EUR 6.15 million net according to an initial cost assumption.
