Description

The subject of the contract is a framework contract for the purchase and installation of new population alarms, as well as for the modernisation and transfer of existing equipment. In 2026, the procurement of two (2) new equipment presented in the call for tenders is planned, and approximately two new equipment have been procured annually. The annual level is an estimate that does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Customer. The procurement includes the service subject to the contract and the related goods, documents and service documentation, as well as any intellectual property rights to the agreed extent.
