Rakennuspaikan osoite on Tasavallankatu 19, 70620 Kuopio, tonttinumero 297-8-45-10. Rakennushanke käsittää tontilla olevien vanhojen kiinteistöjen ja tekniikan purkamisen sekä niiden tilalle tulevan kahden uuden kerrostalon (IV ja VI), paikoitushallin (II) ja katosrakenteiden rakentamisen. Hanke toteutetaan jaettuna urakkana, rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija on pääurakoitsija, jolle alistetaan sivu-urakoina LVA- ,IV- ja sähköurakat.
