Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of three identical traffic monitoring stations (RSM). RSMs are intended to ensure that control, measurement and monitoring activities in the frequency spectrum are carried out by means of measuring and control devices owned or purchased in the future, together with appropriate antennas mounted on the hood or directly on a built-up car. Mobile monitoring stations will allow these activities to be carried out at standstill (stationary) and some in motion (during driving) while locating and directing the SSM on the ground. To this end, it is necessary to adapt the space inside the car in such a way as to enable the fitting of a mast, the installation of location devices, the space for installation of the control and control equipment both during use and transport, and its safe and efficient operation by the station operator.
