This procedure is divided into six lots.
Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots as follows:
1. Lot 1 – “packaged food items”:
The supply includes:
— Delivery of different types of packaged products – oil, vinegar, sugar, pasta, pulses, flours, margarine, paste, eggs, spices, salt, wafers, etc. For detailed information, see the price list for this lot and the technical characteristics;
2. Lot 2 – Bread and bakery products:
The supply includes:
— Supply of bread, gowns and various types of ready-made snacks. For detailed insights, see the timetable for this lot and the technical characteristics;
3. Lot 3 – Milk and milk products:
The supply includes:
— Supply of fresh and yoghurt, kashkavi cheese, etc. For detailed information, see the Zenospa for this lot and the technical characteristics;
4. Lot 4 – Meat and meat products:
The supply includes:
— Supply of different types of meat with and without bones, meat preparations, minced meat, sausages, fish, etc. For detailed information, see the price list for this lot and the technical characteristics;
5. Lot 5 – Vegetables and canned fruit:
The supply includes:
— Supply of various types of compots, jars with green beans, peas, acidic cucumbers, tomatoes, paprika, cabbage, peppers, carrots, lutenitsa, mushrooms, nectars, honey, jam, etc. For detailed information, see the Zenospa for this lot and the technical characteristics;
6. Lot 6 – Fresh fruit and vegetables:
The supply includes:
— Supply of onions, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, courgettes, cabbages, peppers, carrots and various southern fruits – bananas, mandarins, oranges, lemons, etc. For detailed information, see the price list for this lot and the technical characteristics.
