Description

Das rechteckige, kompakte und weitgehend öffnungslose Gebäude ist aufgrund seiner Einstufung als kritische Infrastruktur als massive Stahlbetonkonstruktion geplant. Die Hanglage wird für die Einbindung des zweigeschossigen Gebäudes genutzt, sodass der Baukörper im Norden nur eingeschossig wahr-nehmbar ist und die Erschließung somit ebenerdig im Obergeschoss erfolgt. Als Fassade ist eine dop-pelschalige Stahlbetonwand vorgesehen, die im Obergeschoss zusätzlich eine vorgehängte hinterlüfte-te Glattblechfassade erhält.
Im Außenbereich wird das Gebäude durch ein umlaufendes Perimeterschutzsystem umgrenzt. Außer-halb dieser Zone sind Stellplätze inkl. Zufahrt sowie Geländemodellierungen vorgesehen.
