The subject of the public procurement includes implementation of services for preparation of investment projects in phase "Technical project" according to the Spatial Development Act with scope and content, meeting the requirements of Ordinance No 4 on the scope and content of investment projects for sites, divided into 3 (three) lots, as follows: Under Lot 1 – Preparation of the project ‘Repair and reconstruction of a diesel plant’ in Vidin, as follows: Sub-object 1: Preservation and restoration of a diesel power plant and adaptation for a technical museum; Sub-site 2: ‘Fence and shaping of the surrounding area’; Under Lot No 2 - Development of an investment project for conservation and restoration, fortification and repair works of the Administrative building of the Regional Historical Museum Vidin building with ID 10971.505.632.1 in the PI with ID 10971.505.632, Regulated plot I, sq. 371 under the Regional Development Plan of Vidin, 13 Tsar Simeon Veliki Street, Vidin Municipality; Lot 3 ‘Development of an investment project for the conservation, restoration and overhaul of the building of the Konaka Museum’, building with ID 10971.502.106, located on land with building with ID 10971.505.11, Regulated plot XL ‘for museum’, district 371, TsGCH, with administrative address 2 Municipal Street, Vidin.
