Description

The purpose of the consultation is to conclude contracts for the provision of vocational integration services to jobseekers of the "Advisory Workshops" type. Contracts shall take the form of framework agreements concluded with a Contractor with a maximum quantity, defined in terms of the number of sessions to be covered set out in this notice for each lot. The purpose of the "Advisory Workshops" service is to respond on an ad hoc basis to a need of the beneficiary around his job search and his professional project. Depending on the theme, the duration of a workshop varies from half a day (3 hours) to a day (6 hours), consecutive hours or not, excluding catering time. The services shall be carried out in the compulsory places of intervention (municipalities in the territory of which the Contractor must have premises for performance of the contract) indicated in this notice for each lot. The Contractor shall also be required to perform services on premises assigned during performance of the contract in accordance with Article V.4.1.4.(c) of the Contract, on premises provided by France Travail or remotely. Candidates may assign additional premises for the performance of the contract outside the compulsory places of intervention and in communes distinct from each other, as well as in places to intervene as close as possible to the beneficiaries distinct from the compulsory and additional places of intervention.
