Description

1. Postępowanie jest prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. 2. Zamówieniem objęto dostawę Subskrypcji wolumenowych i Licencji na oprogramowanie biurowe. 3. Zamawiający mógł unieważnić przedmiotowe postępowanie, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostałyby mu przyznane (art. 257 ustawy Pzp). 4. Komunikacja pomiędzy Zamawiającym i Wykonawcami odbywała się za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej SmartPzp pod adresem: https://portal.smartpzp.pl/kgsg 5. Do udzielenia zamówienia zastosowano przepisy ustawy z dnia 11.09.2019r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1129 z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej ustawą Pzp oraz akty wykonawcze wydane na jej podstawie. 6. Do czynności podejmowanych przez Zamawiającego i Wykonawców w przedmiotowym postępowaniu stosowano przepisy ustawy Kodeks cywilny (t.j. Dz. U. z 2020r. poz. 1740 z późn. zm.), jeżeli przepisy ustawy Pzp nie stanowiły inaczej.
