Description

4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of separately collected municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Trawniki. 4.2. The contracting authority in accordance with Art. 1 of the Act allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 2 parts. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or two of the lots selected, depending on the decision taken. 4.3. Lot 1 – Collection and management of municipal waste directly from property owners living in the Municipality of Trawniki. 4.4. Lot 2 – Loading, collecting and managing the mass of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 4.5. The estimated amount of waste collection during the contract implementation period will be approx.: - for Lot 1 - 2200,00 Mg with an option right up to 500 Mg, - for Lot 2 - 300,00 Mg with an option right up to 100 Mg. 4.6. The scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract are determined by: – description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – Annex 1a and 1b to the FTZ for Lots 1 and 2, – draft contract constituting – Annex 2a and 2b to the FTZ for Lots 1 and 2.
