Die Gemeinde Niederwerrn beabsichtigt den Neubau der Grundschule inNiederwerrn. ● Nach Abbruch des Vereins-Lagerhauses soll auf dem Grundstück ein Neubauerrichtet werden. Die Machbarkeitsstudie geht von einem zweigeschossigen Baukörper mitUnterkellerung aus – entwurfsbedingte Änderung sind möglich. Der Abbruch desSchulgebäudes erfolgt nach Umzug in den Neubau. ● Es handelt sich um eine nach FAG / FAZRgeförderte Maßnahme. ● Die vorläufigen Kosten (KG 200 – 700) belaufen sich nach einerersten Grobkostenermittlung auf 17,4 Mio. € brutto.
