Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended hereafter: The ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, tourist maintenance, harvesting and scraping of timber and nursery and seedling, to be carried out in the Grodziec Forest District in 2020. The procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the rules laid down for contracts with a value equal to or greater than the amount laid down in the regulations issued pursuant to Article 11. 8 PPL, in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called the ‘reverse procedure’ referred to in Article 24aaa. 1 and 2 PPAs In accordance with those provisions, the contracting authority will first assess the tenders and then examine whether the economic operator whose tender has been assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
