Description

Le marché consiste à la réalisation d'un schéma directeur de gestion des eaux pluviales communautaire. Les missions s'effectueront en cinq phases pour l'ensemble des communes et une phase pour l'accompagnement de la cove dans la mise en place du service pluvial. La typologie de l'habitat de l'ensemble du territoire de la CoVe est très différente entre les communes rurales et celles plus urbaines.
