Description

The object of this public procurement is ‘supply of goods’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected Contractor is to ensure the supply of food products for the needs of Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ after the specific request has been submitted by the Contracting Authority. The subject of this public procurement is the periodic supply of food products for the needs of Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski", 9 lots: Lot 1: ‘Supply of bread and pastry and confectionery’ Lot 2: "Delivery of milk and milk products" Lot 3: ‘Supply of meat and meat products’ Lot 4: ‘Supply of fish’ Lot 5: ‘Supply of canned vegetables and fruit’ Lot 6: ‘Supply of fresh fruit and vegetables’ Lot 7: ‘Supply of other foodstuffs’ Lot 8: ‘Supply of beverages’ Lot 9: ‘Supply of alcoholic beverages’ (to be awarded pursuant to Article 21(6) of the PPA) The scope of this contract includes activities related to the periodic supply of specific quantities of food products, divided into nine lots necessary to meet the needs of Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’. Deliveries will be made directly to the intended building of the Assignor at the addresses specified in the request. With the relevant request, the Contracting Authority will determine the exact quantity of food products to be delivered. The execution of the deliveries requires strict compliance with the technical specifications prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. In addition, deliveries must be in full compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union, which are applicable to the production, distribution and supply of food products. The quantities of food products concerned reflect the expected consumption of St. Kliment Ohridski School for the duration of the Contract. The contracting authority may not declare or exceed the quantities indicated in the nomenclature.
