Description

The target of the procurement is a year-round connection vessel traffic service for the Parainen connection vessel route. The connection vessel traffic service shall cover the connection vessel traffic in the route area in accordance with the service description. The service includes, among other things, the acquisition of vessels needed to operate the service, day-to-day traffic management according to a defined level of service, communication to customers, reception and processing of customer feedback, and small-scale management of state-owned ferry piers. The service provider is responsible for the implementation of the service level on the basis of the principle of quality responsibility. The requirements for vessels used in traffic, service levels in the route areas and other service quality requirements are set out in the procurement documents.
