1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the security system through the supply of firewall devices for the Ordering Party along with their assembly, configuration and installation and warranty services for the delivered Devices. 2. The detailed subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2 to the FTZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ.
