The material scope of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in: - collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents of the Municipality of Jeżów live, - delivery of at least bags for selective collection of waste specified in the description of the subject of the contract, - delivery of containers for the entire duration of the contract specified in the description of the subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected in all real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Jeżów, along with delivery of bags and containers specified by the Ordering Party for the duration of the public procurement contract. 2) The Contractor is obliged to collect and develop: (a)unsorted (mixed) municipal waste as residues from separate waste collection (b) municipal waste collected in a selective manner: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste and bio-waste, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste ineligible for medical waste that arose in a household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, waste tyres and waste textiles and clothing, as well as construction and demolition waste from households, and municipal waste specified in the provisions issued on the basis of Article 4a of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2023, item 1469 as amended) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract was included in the description of the subject-matter of the contract annexed to this Act.
