le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de médicaments pour le groupement d'achats du Nord.
Les concurrents doivent présenter une offre entièrement conforme au dossier de consultation (solution de base).
Mais ils peuvent également présenter, conformément à l'article 50 du Code des marchés publics, une offre comportant des variantes. Toute variante devra être dûment justifiée tant techniquement qu'économiquement.
Le marché est un marché à bons de commande (art. 77 du Cmp).
