Description

Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Durchführung von Projektsteuerungsleistungen (AHO) in Ergänzung zu den Generalplanerleistungen. Die Kreisstadt Bergheim plant mit dem "Haus der Vielfalt" die Schaffung bzw. den Ausbau eines Begegnungs-, Bildungs-, Kultur- und Integrationszentrums insbesondere für Kinder und Jugendliche in dem Gebäude der ehemaligen Paulusschule. Das Bestandsgebäude soll erhalten bleiben und zu einem multifunktionalen, barrierefreien Gebäude umgebaut werden. Das etwa 50 Jahre alte Bestandsgebäude soll saniert und baulich angepasst werden - im Hinblick auf die Anforderungen der beschriebenen Nutzungen, so dass es - bestenfalls für weitere 50 Jahre - genutzt werden kann. Besonders zu berücksichtigen sind die spezifischen Projektanforderungen, die sich aus dem Ziel einer nachhaltigen, CO2-neutralen, reylclierbaren (energetischen) Sanierung ergeben.
