Description

Huidige opstelling hematologie: Het laboratorium beschikt momenteel over twee hematologie analyzers (Sysmex XN10 en XN20) en een daaraan gekoppelde uitstrijk- en kleurmodule (Sysmex SP-10), aangestuurd door een middlewaresoftware (Extended IPU) die bidirectioneel gekoppeld is met het laboratorium informaticasysteem (Glims10). Daarnaast beschikt het laboratorium over een stand alone benchtop digitale microscoop (CellaVision DI-60), softwarematig gekoppeld aan dezelfde middleware (Extended IPU), softwarematig geconnecteerd aan de analyzers en de uitstrijk- en kleurmodule. Beschrijving van de aanbestedingsopdracht: • Aankoop van twee hematologie analyzers die als elkaars back-up kunnen functioneren en onafhankelijk van elkaar kunnen werken • Aankoop van een uitstrijk- en kleurmodule • Terugname van de huidige analyzers en uitstrijk- en kleurmodule • Aankoop van middlewaresoftware • Fysische integratie van de hematologie analyzers/uitstrijk- en kleurmodule met de bestaande digitale microscoop DI-60 • Fysische integratie van het geheel met het laboratorium automatisatieplatform (CCM van Roche) in opbouw binnen het laboratorium • Bidirectionele koppeling met het laboratorium informaticasysteem (Glims10) De opdracht omvat (niet limitatief) aankoop van hardware/software, installatie, implementatie, functionele en operationele validatie, onderhoud, opleiding, dienst na verkoop. Deze opdracht omvat tevens een raamovereenkomst voor reagentia en verbruiksartikelen voor een periode van 10 jaar. De opdrachtnemer biedt een oplossing op maat aan voor de bestaande en beschikbare ruimte van de aanbestedende overheid. De opdracht bestaat uit één (1) perceel en wordt aan één (1) leverancier gegund. Dit om de optimale compatibiliteit en werking alsook de service na verkoop van het systeem te waarborgen.
