Description

Naturskaderådet er et uafhængigt råd. Det er nedsat i henhold til lov om visse naturskader. Rådet afgør, om der har været stormflod, oversvømmelse fra vandløb og søer, tørke og stormfald. Naturskaderådet fører også tilsyn med og behandler klager over forsikringsselskabernes behandling af stormflodssager, sager om oversvømmelse fra vandløb og søer og tørkesager. Den daglige administration varetages med bistand fra Naturskaderådets sekretariatet, der er en del af Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen. Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter udvikling af et E-læringskursus og levering og drift af en Digital læringsplatform, hvorpå E-læringskurset stilles til rådighed. E-læringskurset og den understøttende Digitale læringsplatform skal anvendes til Naturskaderåets sekretariats undervisning af fagprofessionelle hos landets forsikringsselskaber. Kontraktens ydelser er nærmere beskrevet i udbudsmaterialets Bilag 3 – Kravspecifikation til E-læringskursus og Bilag 4 – Kravspecifikation til Digital læringsplatform.
