Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of uniforms and equipment in 2025 – winter clothing of a tanker-workshopman with a lining, divided into 2 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option repeatedly, until the maximum quantity is exhausted, but no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the Contractor's consent in written or documentary form. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party shall be triggered by sending an appropriate notification to the Contractor in written or documentary form.
