Description

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a car wash - a disinfector for containers and cuvettes for the needs of the Central Sterilizer at the CSK UCK WUM location. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 2 to the FTZ – Technical Parameters Form. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order in accordance with the indication in the order, to:Centralny Szpitalny Kliniczny, ul. Banacha 1a, 02-097 Warsaw 4. The guarantee for the range covered by the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders. The term of the guarantee is indicated in Chapter XII. The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months. 5. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Contract were also included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. 6. When describing the subject of the contract, the contracting authority used the following codes and names specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33191100-5 – Sterilising, disinfecting and hygiene equipment
