The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the investment task entitled: Construction of a district heating network along Sienkiewicza and Marcinkowskiego streets in Bydgoszcz. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: a) construction of a district heating network from point. C1 to para. C2 including telecommunication plumbing and alarm system, in accordance with the construction design, executive designs and the decisions, opinions, notification of works/construction permit contained therein, all preparatory, earthwork, assembly, reconstruction and accompanying works. The scope of construction includes a district heating network with a diameter of 2xDN300/450, two branches 2xDN200/315 located in the area of the junction of ul. Sienkiewicza from ul. Chrobrego and branch 2x250/400 at the intersection of ul. Sienkiewicza from ul. Storkowo with the construction/reconstruction of chambers and wells. In addition, 4xØ40/3.7 teletechnical sewerage from HDPE pipes was designed along the entire projected network, along with SK1 and SK2 teletechnical wells. b) reconstruction of the water supply network with connections along ul. Sienkiewicza in Bydgoszcz on the section from the intersection with ul. Lipowa to the junction with ul. Śniadeckie Street and in the area of the intersection of ul. Sienkiewicza from ul. Podolska. c) reconstruction of the existing power infrastructure owned by ENEA Operator, including low-voltage cable lines. On the Contractor's side are all arrangements and formalities with the owners of cables subject to reconstruction. The Contractor shall declare that he is able to remove the cable collisions on the basis of the attached documents (the draft collision elimination, technical conditions issued by the gestors, the contract for the elimination of the collision). The Contractor shall appoint an Electrical Works Manager with construction rights of this year and current membership in IIB. d) reconstruction of the existing gas network g100, g150, g200 with existing connections from the intersection with ul. Bocianowo in Bydgoszcz, (e) all works related to the need to remove the tree on the basis of Decision ŚG-III.7120.4.91.2024 of 28 August 2024 and works related to the implementation of replacement plantings, which should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the WGK, letter No WGK-III.7012.28.2024.NN of 7.06.2024r and annexes. Chrobry and reconstruction of their construction should be carried out (according to the decision on the location of the district heating network No UP 508/2022 and UP 6/2023, on the locations of armaments – Decision No UP/141/2023 and UP/23/2023 and the conditions set out in letter UD-5015/069/MS/22 of 19/12/2022 and RT.405/0449/2024 of 16.07.2024) in accordance with the pavement reconstruction project. ATTENTION! Before the start of implementation and during the work carried out, it is necessary to plan the staging and coordination of all work in consultation with the ZDMiKP and the MWiK. Costs incurred for the restoration of the pavement will be settled on the basis of the as-built cost estimate prepared by the Contractor (measurement) taking into account the unit prices specified in the offer cost estimate attached to the offer form at the stage of submitting tenders. The remaining works will be settled on a flat-rate basis. The costs related to the introduction and maintenance of the traffic organisation project (including the temporary traffic organisation project) should take into account the possible need to change the staged POR, which will arise during the work carried out. (g) Work should be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and all necessary works and arrangements related to the implementation, including paid and free land occupation, payment of security deposits, etc. (h) The area not covered by the pavement restoration project should be restored to its existing state. (i) Throughout the area covered by the investment, a ‘B’ zone of conservation protection is designated, equivalent to the scope of the ‘W’ zone of archaeological protection. This means that all planned land and construction works should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines specified by the Provincial Conservator of Monuments (resolution WUOZ.ZAR.5152.1.19.2024.TZ. of 19.02.2024) and the Municipal Conservator of Monuments (resolution BKZ.4120.15.5.15.2024.IJ. of 17.06.2024).
