Description

The purpose of the procurement is the implementation of a system for centralized management of the information provided by the Agency for Social Assistance and its territorial divisions. The system must be managed from a central point, include server configurations, software and management licenses provided in 356 sites, with interactive multimedia content monitors installed, 1 pc in each site, and a network security platform. The following main types of activities are included in the subject matter of the contract: supply of equipment for a system for the digitisation of the information spaces of the ASA to the places of delivery listed in Annex 1 – List of addresses for the place of performance; installation and commissioning of the supplied system; ensuring communication and network connectivity; training of the staff of the Contracting Authority to work with the system; Warranty service of the system at least 36 /thirty-six/ months. The selected contractor shall ensure the implementation of the activities related to delivery, installation and commissioning of the delivered system and training of the staff of the Contracting Authority to work with the system within 180 calendar days from the date of commencement of the performance under the contract.
