Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa implantów do zespoleń kości na potrzeby Oddziału Ortopedii i Traumatologii wraz z zaopatrzeniem i obsługą składu konsygnacyjnego dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. błogosławionego księdza Jerzego Popiełuszki we Włocławku przez okres 36 miesięcy licząc od dnia zawarcia umowy z podziałem na 2 części w następującym asortymencie: Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załącznikach od nr 2.1 do 2.2 niniejszej SWZ.
