Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the successive delivery of:
resuscitators,
aprons of foiled nonwovens,
gas accessories,
faeces containers,
canisters,
serological samplers,
clippers with microbiologically clean blades for clipping of operational fields in patients,
detailed in Annex 2A to the ToR, which forms an integral part thereof. The subject of the contract is grouped into 7 lots.
2. The contracting authority requires that the medical devices offered meet the conditions for authorisation under the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 and correspond to the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 2A to the ToR.
3. The conditions for performance of the contract are also laid down in the draft contracts in Chapter XVII of the ToR.
