Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych do 1WSzKzP SP ZOZ w Lublinie zgodnie z ofertą cenową i szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia wyspecyfikowanym w Załącznikach nr 1.1-1.13 do SWZ. 2.
