Current maintenance and repair work, broken down into 4 lots: - BOTTOM No 1: Current maintenance and repair works at Pavilion D-47 - 389 Bucharest Barracks Command – UM 01575 Bucharesti; - LOT N°2: Current maintenance and repair work at Pavilion A-Administrative in Barracks 763 Ploiești - UM 01410 Ploiești; - BOTTOM No 3: Current maintenance and repair works at Pavilion C – Barracks Command 1360 Predeal - UM 01090 Predeal; - LOT No 4: Current maintenance and repair works at Pavilion D - Auto Draw from Barracks 2628 Pitesti - UM 01643 Pitesti; NOTE 1. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. NOTE 2: In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification on how to implement the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in note 1 will make it impossible for the contracting authority to reply within the deadline mentioned in note 2 and the request will therefore be considered as TARDIVE.
