In accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 5 lots: (1) Part 1: ‘Delivery of agenda information system’, consisting of: - Citizen's Portal - Official's Portal 2) Part 2: ‘Infrastructure delivery and implementation’ (3) Part 3: ‘File Service for City Organisations (ESSL)’ (4) Part 4: ‘Risk analysis and other documentation of the information security management system’ 5) Part 5: ‘Cybersecurity audit’ Therefore, in the context of this procurement procedure, a participant may submit a tender for Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, or more or all of those parts.
