These new equipment will be connected to the new redundant fibre loop network IP/Ethernet 10/100 Mbps (Manbru network), which has been installed and implemented by Brussels Mobility – EDA.

— communications from and to a small number of asynchronous analogue modems installed in some of the equipment rooms,
— telephone calls from and to the general public and municipal services,
— telephone calls from and to the administrative PABX of the CCN building (MRBC services).
The equipment to be supplied represents all supplies (hardware – software) so that the system fully meets the required functions and performance.
The following are also part of this contract:
— services for the analysis of overall needs,
— project management,
— the supply and commissioning of network elements in the technical rooms of road tunnels, the Mobiris control centre and the Reyers control centre,
— the supply and commissioning of new telephones for the Rogier tunnel,
— verification and validation of the data supplied by the technical contractor ‘maintenance and cabling’, see Chapter 4-4.1.3, ‘Services provided by third parties’,
— the supply and commissioning of a call centre system for 2 operator posts and 2 supervisory posts per control centre,
— the supply and commissioning of alarms and information to the CCTV Sightvision (CCTV Sightvision),
— factory acceptance tests and on-site tests which will make it possible to verify the quality of the work carried out and conformity with the technical characteristics,
— the dismantling and removal of the old network of telephone switchboards, including the former control units of the tunnel technical rooms, at the end of the works,
— the training of staff in Brussels Mobility – EDA,
— the supply of all the documentation requested by the contracting authority,
— updating the configuration diagram when each change occurs,
— maintenance during the warranty period,
— a proposal for an all-inclusive maintenance contract for new equipment, covering the five years following final acceptance of the contract (*),
— connection and integration to the CCN centre.
* the contracting authority reserves the right not to order the maintenance contract after the warranty period. In that case, the successful tenderer shall not be entitled to any compensation.
