Subject matter of the framework agreement: Multi-annual maintenance and repair works during winter and summer, 2025 - 2028 on county roads under the administration of D.J.D.P. Suceava, according to the specifications. Main works: maintenance works for the carriageway, ditches and gutters, bituminous carpets, road pavements, periodic maintenance of bridges and footbridges, works on current repairs - supporting walls, current repairs to bridges, reinforcements, works on current winter maintenance, fillings with storage asphalt mixtures, etc. The estimated calculated value has been established as follows: Minimum Framework Agreement 75.606.702,00 lei without VAT and maximum Framework Agreement 151.259.106,00 lei without VAT, and Minimum Subsequent Contract 25.202.234,00 lei without VAT and maximum Subsequent Contract 50.419.702,00 lei without VAT. The contracting authority estimates to conclude a minimum of 3 (three) subsequent contracts. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is RON 50 419 702.00 excluding VAT. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the Contracting Authority is to set two deadlines within which it is to respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information: - the first deadline is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - the second deadline is 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadlines for replying to the clarifications were set in such a way that the economic operators would have an appropriate period for analysing the Award Documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority. C. Any request for clarification sent after the date referred to in point A will make it impossible for the Contracting Authority to provide a reply and will therefore be considered as TARDIVA. D.
