The subject of this public contract is the supply, implementation and commissioning of the modernised hospital information system (hereinafter also referred to as ‘NIS’) in the environment of the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital, including the implementation of integration work, the migration of data from the replaced systems, training, the delivery of the necessary licences and the processing and delivery of project, technical and operational and user documentation, and the supply and extension of technical support and development services. The subject-matter of the supply and implementation of the NIS is specified in more detail in the draft Contract for the Modernisation of the NIS (Works Contract), which is Annex 3 to the tender specifications, and the Technical Specification of the NIS, which is Annex 7 to the tender specifications (‘the Technical Specification’). The subject of performance in the form of technical support and development services is specified in more detail in the draft Service Contract, which is Annex 4 to the tender documentation.
