Denna direktupphandling avser nationell och regional projektledning för, och genomförande av, studiecirklar om förvaltning och underhåll av diken samt därtill knutna aktiviteter, såsom cirkelledarutbildningar, öppna arrangemang, marknadsföring, hemsida m.m.
