Description

The target of the procurement is the most commonly used play and refreshment materials of the City of Helsinki's industries and public utilities. The acquisition includes play and enrichment material and special education equipment, so that the various play and enrichment material needs of the industries, public utilities and shareholders of Helsingin Yhtiöhankinta Oy (Senior Foundation and Helsinki Region Transport) can be met. The competition does not include school supplies. The procurement will be the subject of a framework contract with three components: 1. Indoor play equipment 2. Outdoor play equipment 3. The criteria for the selection of tenders are the lowest price by sub-area. A maximum of three (3) contractors will be selected in order of preference for all sub-areas. Within the framework agreement, the following approach is followed: As a rule, all comparison products are ordered from the primary contract supplier. Priority will be given to ordering from the following supplier if: • the primary supplier does not have the necessary products in its range • the primary supplier is unable to deliver the products within the timeframe required by the customer. The maximum value of the contract is EUR 4 000 000. The contract period is four (4) years. The base period is two (2) years and the contract includes one (1) two (2) year option period.
