Description

Type of use of Building C:
The building to be modernised is a crafts education centre where adults are taught. In addition to purely classrooms, the building also houses for practical lessons. On the basement floor there is a canteen with kitchen and equipment rooms.
Scope of construction measures:
The existing use is to be modified in such a way that the rooms of the different teaching areas are structured so that the training can run in a more structured manner and optimise the associated paths.
This optimisation will be used as an opportunity, including the existing emergency routes (necessary corridors and stairwells) of the building from the ground floor to the third floor. To improve the upper floor from the point of view of fire protection.
