Description

Die bestehende und denkmalgeschützte Congresshalle in der Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken soll um ein modernes und multifunktionales Gebäude (Projektabkürzung MKK) für Kongresse, Messen, Ausstellungen und weitere Veranstaltungsformate (MICE - Meetings Incentives Conventions Exhibitions) erweitert werden. Neben dem primären Ziel der Ergänzung des kulturellen Angebots der Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken sowie der wirtschaftlichen Belebung der Innenstadt, soll auch das Stadtbild entlang der Saar im direkten Umfeld des Bürgerparks und der Saarpromenade aufgewertet werden. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Spezialtiefbauarbeiten. Sie umfassen die Herstellung von Bohrpfahlwänden als Baugrubenumschließung, Gründungspfählen und Absenkbrunnen. Die Arbeiten sind im Zeitraum Oktober 2025 bis Mai 2026 durchzuführen.
