Description

TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers which are able to replac the existing ICCP system (Impressed Current Cathodic Protection) on the SylWin alpha offshore converter platform to protect the complete asset jacket against corrosion with a target lifetime of all components of min. 25 Years. The tender scope is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Is responsible for the design, delivery and installation (above water) of the ICCP including ICCP system and all major construction components Lot 2: Vessel charter incl. construction of sea fastening etc.; under water installation of the provided ICCP Equipment including cable laying and the necessary installation materials, especially for the cable protection and connection to the jacket itself. Award criteria: "Technical concepts & Availability" / weighting: 35% "Contract Conditions" / weighting: 25% "Price" / weighting: 35% "HSE"/ weighting 5% Number of candidates invited to participate in the negotiations: 3 The selection of the 3 candidates to be invited for negotiations after the submission of offers will be based on the award criteria mentioned above. The evaluation of the subsequently finalized bids for the contract award will also be based on the above award criteria. Duration of contract: Project execution should be finalized until 31th December 2025. In order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the client in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality Agreement as per "NDA" document provided for download via Mercell. After sending the NDA and a plausibility check by the Client, the Client will grant the interested parties access to the tender by Email. After registering for the tender at Mercell Source-to-Contract, you will find all tender documents for the Call for Competition phase as well as the Offer phase under "Questionnaires", section "Call for Competition", question 1.2.1. The bidder can not deduce eligibility for participation only from signing and submitting the NDA. TenneT will only accept tenderers who successfully qualify during the call for competition phase to participate in the offer phase. The application for the call for competition must be submitted in due time and no later than by 09.08.2024 at 18:00 CET via the e-Award platform Mercell Source-to-Contract. Individual extensions of time will not be granted. Please start your upload process early enough. Submission of the request to participate (applications) by Email, mail or fax are not permitted. A violation of this requirement will lead to disqualification of the applicant and exclusion from the tender process. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the Schedule, Questionnaires, Messages section and the Q&A section early enough and thoroughly read through all relevant documents. The Questionnaire for the Call for Competition phase itself can only be conducted after providing the NDA and registering for this tender. The Questionnaire for the Offer Phase becomes accessible only after successful completion of the Call for Competition phase.
