Description

The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidation in the cadastral area of Nítkovice in the expected range of 497 ha, including the necessary geodetic work in the precision criteria intended for the renewal of the cadastral operate by Decree No 357/2013 on the Land Register (Cadastral Decree), as amended, and the preparation of all documentation for the introduction of the results of the Cadastral Office into the land register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office on the approval of the proposal of the KoPÚ and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
