Description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the investment entitled: ‘Reconstruction and rehabilitation of the historic water system in Supraśl for the purpose of creating a retention and flood protection reservoir with the necessary technical infrastructure’, together with obtaining all the necessary opinions/arrangements, permits/decisions enabling investor supervision and commissioning construction works related to the above-mentioned task. The basic tasks of the contractor for design works based on the developed description of the subject of the contract include: carrying out the preparatory work for the contract in question. The specific scope described in Chapter V, point 1; b) verification of the programming and spatial concept (CSP) [3] and preparation of the update of the CSP in accordance with the Documentation mentioned in point XI.2., the decisions mentioned in point XI.1. and taking into account the required capacity (reserve) of the flood reservoir together with the entire Water System in Supraśl, agreed with the Investor and the Voivodship. Conservator of Monuments; c) preparation of documentation together with decisions, consents and other elements necessary to obtain a Water Law Decision and obtaining this decision in accordance with the terms of the decision on environmental conditions; d) preparation of documentation together with decisions, consents and other elements necessary to obtain a Construction Permit Decision; e) execution of a construction project in accordance with the provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan, the Decision on environmental conditions and the Water Law Decision; bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), inventory of greenery with tree stand management and natural compensation; execution of the executive design; g) exercising author's supervision over the implementation of the investment.
