1.The subject of the contract is the provision of services of manual sorting of municipal waste along with the performance of preparatory works for sorting waste (cleaning and economic works) and works consisting in the manual dismantling of large-size waste at the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Legnica at ul. It's Rzeszotarska. 2.The scope of work includes: 1) manual sorting of municipal waste mixed and raw materials into fractions (plastics, film, waste paper, glass and other materials indicated by the Ordering Party) at the mechanical sorting line and in other places indicated by the Ordering Party at the ZZO, 2) manual sorting of other waste (e.g. construction waste, textiles) into individual fractions (plastics, film, waste paper, glass, clothing, footwear, blankets, etc.) at places indicated by the Ordering Party at the ZZO, 3) work related to preparing waste for sorting and loading and unloading, i.e. separating terraced waste, tearing bags, etc., 4) manual dismantling of bulky waste using simple tools provided by the Contractor (hammers, axes, crows, hand saws, etc.), 5) keeping order at the work station and in the adjacent surroundings, 6) cleaning work on the ZO and adjacent areas. 3.The service will be provided: 1)w dwóch sortowniach odpadów (sortownia odpadów surowcowych oraz sortownia odpadów zmieszanych) przez łącznie 54 pracowników od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach od 06:00 do 14:00 i od 14:00 do 22:00 (praca w systemie zmianowym) oraz przez 28 pracowników w soboty w godzinach od 07:00 do 15:00, 2)w dwóch sortowniach odpadów (sortownia odpadów surowcowych oraz sortownia odpadów zmieszanych) oraz na terenie ZZO przez 4 pracowników wykonujących prace porządkowe i gospodarcze od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach od 06:00 do 14:00 i od 14:00 do 22:00 (praca w systemie zmianowym), 3)na terenie ZZO przez 2 pracowników wykonujących prace polegające na demontażu odpadów wielkogabarytowych przez 5 dni w tygodniu od godziny 08:00 do 16:00 (zmiana ośmiogodzinna od poniedziałku do piątku). Detailed provisions on on-site verification are included in point V.4 of the FTZ. 8.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the Contractor contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, as referred to in Art. 1 point 7) of the PPL Act, constituting no more than 50% of the value of the basic contract. The contracts referred to above may be awarded directly within 3 years of the award of the basic contract if there is a need to extend the basic contract in terms of the number of hours of work of persons sorting waste to individual fractions and performing work related to the preparation of waste for sorting (cleaning and economic work) and work consisting in the manual dismantling of bulky waste. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with an invitation to negotiate containing, in particular, a description of the subject of the contract, a model contract and the conditions for participation in the procedure and the grounds for exclusion from the procedure. The contractual provisions contained in the model contract (including the Contractor's remuneration) will be negotiable. 9.
