Description

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of service services in the performance of elevator servicing within the scope of standards B ČSN 27 4002 and ČSN 27 4007, which means maintaining the Authorising Authority’s lifts, in functionally and technically compliant working order, which complies with the requirements of the technical regulations and implementing design Czech technical standards, in particular with the requirements laid down in ČSN 27 4002 and ČSN 27 4007.
As part of the service, the contracting authority will be provided with the performance of professional examinations and professional examinations.
The service will be carried out as a precautionary measure in accordance with the current findings of the service technician, or after the contracting authority has reported a defect in the dispatching of the tenderer’s service.
In addition to servicing, the tenderer undertakes to carry out minor repairs of lifts for the contracting authority. These corrections are not part of the flat-rate payment, they will be invoiced on the basis of an hourly rate for the work carried out.
The Contractor shall ensure the release of persons imprisoned in lifts in cases where employees of Hospital Na Homolce are unable to expel them themselves.
